Along the way, we make a short 15–20 minute stop in the way to Koman , giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy a quick coffee, breakfast or snacks before continuing. Upon arrival at Lake Koman, board the boat and cruise through one of Europe’s most breathtaking landscapes. Surrounded by towering mountains and crystal-clear emerald waters, this spectacular route is often compared to the famous Norwegian fjords and is considered one of Albania’s greatest natural wonders. After approximately one hour on the lake, you’ll reach the beautiful Shala River. Enjoy around 4 hours of free time to swim in the crystal-clear water, relax on the beach, enjoy lunch by the river, rent a kayak or simply admire the untouched scenery. Our small-group format offers a quieter and more comfortable experience than large coach tours, with more personal assistance throughout the day and a relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. After your free time, board the boat for the return cruise across Lake Koman before heading back comfortably to Lezhë & Shëngjin in your Mercedes minivan. • This experience is designed for travelers who prefer a more comfortable and personal journey instead of a large coach tour. Transportation is provided by a Mercedes minivan in a small-group format, with direct departure from Lezhë and Shëngjin. The boat operates on a fixed schedule, so please follow the driver’s instructions and return to the dock on time. You will have approximately 4 hours of free time at Shala River. The itinerary may be slightly adjusted due to traffic, weather, water conditions, or boat operations. Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, cash, and a light jacket for the morning boat ride. Food, drinks, sunbeds, kayaks, and other optional activities at Shala River are paid separately.
