Restaurant Impossible is located just a five minute walk from the pedestrian centre of Chamonix and is next to the Hotel and Spa Aiglons. Always popular, reserving a table in advance is recommended.

With an Italian and Japanese cheffing team at the helm, the aim of Impossible is to offer healthy, seasonal homemade food using locally sourced produce and where possible, organic. This means you can be assured of healthy and tasty cuisine!

Chefs Auro Bucci and Takeshi Minagawa bring an Italian and Japanese influence to the kitchen , which makes for an eclectic menu, full of Far East and Mediterranean influences . There is also a wide choice for vegetarians, who'll be pleased it's not a veggie lasagne with chips for once!
