Give your kids a head start on the slopes by booking them in to Panda Club during your next winter ski holiday to Chamonix!
The Panda Club is part of local ski school Evolution 2. All instructors looking after Panda Club kids speak English and the idea is to offer a fun way to start skiing.
Children as young as three can start at Panda Club, which is situated at the bottom of the Grands Montets ski area, literally underneath the chair lift from the main car park.
Panda Club here is deisgned for three to 12 year olds. All sessions are according to ability, so the more competent skiers will go off and ski on the proper slopes, whilst those who have never even put skis on before will find their skiing 'feet' on the snow around Panda Club.
Children can be booked in for half day or full days and transport to and from the Panda Club is also provided, as well as meals for the kids.
Five half days cost from 255€ and five full days at Panda Club from 355€.
We advise booking well in advance for peak times such as New Year and the school half term holidays as the club gets fully booked.
Older children, depending on their level of skiing, can join the Junior Academy, which is aimed at eight to 15 year olds and offers ski and snowboarding teaching on the slopes around the Chamonix valley.
If you're in Chamonix around Easter and looking for things for the kids to do, Evolution 2 offers a Multiactivity package, with activities depending on weather conditions, but including rock climbing, sledging, rafting and mountain biking.
