Description
Immerse yourself in the heart of the Ardèche with this descent, which is ideal for a first-time canoe or kayak experience. Over 7 km, let yourself be carried away by the gentle river and pass under the majestic Pont d'Arc, a true icon of the region. Our extra service: we meet you at the end of the route, and a shuttle takes you to the starting point. This adventure of about 1 hour and 30 minutes of paddling is suitable for beginners.
Take time to enjoy: a refreshing swim around the listed site, a picnic by the water, or simply a break to admire the rugged beauty of the place. No need to rush, this is your moment to get away from it all. No time constraints: your car will be waiting for you upon arrival.
Daily from April to October, departure at 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM
Equipment drop-off before 7:00 PM.
What is required:
Be in good physical condition,
Be able to swim,
Be over 7 years old.
Attire:
Old sneakers or water sandals (shoes that stay on your feet). For your safety, avoid laces.
Long shorts and a T-shirt (watch out for sunburn).
Cap, sunglasses, and don't forget the small cord to attach them.
Off-season: bring a wool sweater to wear next to your skin and a windbreaker jacket, plus a change of clothes for after the activity.
Neoprene wetsuits can be rented when the weather is not favorable.
In any case, don't forget:
Swimwear and a towel.
Plenty of water.
Energy snack.
Avoid bringing rings, chains, or other fragile or valuable items.

The rental includes the equipment (canoe, life jacket, paddle, and water bottle) and shuttle transportation to the departure point.
