Nizar has adapted his culinary vision to the unique environment, and the seasonal menu includes a 6-course dinner menu:
- Variations of tomatoes, stracciatella, and chilled basil freshness
- Thin tart with pissaladière style and sardine rillettes
- Salmon fillet with sweet potato mash and sauce vierge
- Confit veal shank, Milanese style, gremolata, Parmesan risotto
- Reblochon and its mesclun salad
- Lemon variations, airy meringue
