Description
Imagine pushing open the door of a 70s cable car... and discovering a wood-fired sauna, perched at over 1600m in the Pyrenees. When you arrive, the Harvia wood-burning stove is already hot and waiting for you. A guide welcomes you and explains the ritual: how to make the most of the heat, manage the sessions, and alternate with a cold bath if you wish. You're in good hands. The session lasts 1 hour. The process is simple and natural: a first session of about 15 minutes in the dry heat of the sauna, a step out into the open air to cool off, then one or two more sessions as you wish. Every moment is different. Your body relaxes, and your mind follows. A little surprise awaits you halfway through to enhance the experience. Everything's included: wood, towels, and a personalized welcome. Come in your swimsuit. Here, it's like being at the beach, surrounded by nature, and without a changing room. A bathrobe can also be useful between sessions if you're sensitive to the cold. The parking lot is 100 meters away. In just a few steps, you'll be transported to another world: silence, peaks, and 360° views of the Pyrenees from the large windows of the cable car. Experience for up to 3 people.Includes
