I'll take you to one of my favorite spots; a place I chose for its view, its tranquility, and the atmosphere it creates at the end of the day when the light changes. We'll get settled in, take out the glasses, and I'll present you with a selection of wines from independent winemakers that I've chosen for you: wines that have character and history. The experience is designed to be light and friendly: no lectures, no grading, no competition. We taste, we talk, we take our time. Each wine is presented simply: who made it, where, and what to pair it with, and you can ask any questions you like. With a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses and bread from our partner artisan baker, it's an aperitif experience we'd like to have more often: out in nature, with good wine and someone who knows what they're talking about. What's included: - Welcome at the natural spot (location communicated 24 hours beforehand) - Guided tasting of 4 wines from independent winemakers - Tasting glass provided - Charcuterie and cheese platter from local producers - Artisanal bread - Water What participants need to know: - Bring light walking shoes; the spot may require a few minutes' walk from the parking lot - Bring a light jacket, as evenings at high altitudes can be cool even in the summer - Outdoor experience: postponed in case of adverse weather - Drink alcohol responsibly: arrange for a designated driver. Spittoons are available for use - Not suitable for pregnant women or those under 18 years of age
