Your journey begins with a scenic round-trip ferry crossing from Cannes to the peaceful island of Saint-Honorat, where Cistercian monks have cultivated vineyards and produced exceptional wines for centuries. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed into the heart of the Abbey's vineyards for an intimate wine tasting led by one of the monastery's professional sommeliers. Sample three carefully selected wines while learning about the island's unique terroir, Mediterranean climate, grape varieties, and centuries-old monastic winemaking traditions that continue today.
Unlike a traditional wine tasting, this experience takes place where the wines are actually produced, offering an authentic connection to the island's remarkable heritage.
After your tasting, enjoy free time to explore Saint-Honorat at your own pace. Wander peaceful vineyard paths, visit the historic monastery, admire panoramic Mediterranean views, or simply relax in one of the most tranquil locations on the Côte d'Azur.
Guests may also choose to enjoy lunch at the renowned La Tonnelle restaurant (reservation recommended upon arrival and subject to availability), offering seasonal Mediterranean cuisine in a spectacular waterfront setting.
For those interested, you may attend the monks' daily prayer service at 2:30 PM, providing a rare glimpse into the spiritual life that has shaped the island for more than sixteen centuries.

Important: Your round-trip ferry ticket is included. After your wine tasting, you are welcome to remain on Saint-Honorat Island for as long as you wish and return to Cannes later using one of the scheduled return ferries on the same day. This gives you the flexibility to explore the island, enjoy lunch, relax by the sea, or visit the monastery at your own pace before making your way back independently. Please check the ferry timetable on the day of your visit.
