This is an experiential event where you wear a kimono, learn about the history, types, and uses of traditional Japanese fermented miso, enjoy tasting five types of miso, and then make and taste 'Misomaru,' an easy-to-make homemade miso soup ball. Miso, a traditional Japanese food, is an ancient Japanese superfood that has supported our health since ancient times. Miso has become widely known overseas as 'MISO' and is rapidly gaining popularity as a health-conscious seasoning. We will explain the history of miso, the differences in taste depending on the type, and how to use it in an easy-to-understand manner. You will taste and compare five types of miso.
