- Please DO NOT go straight to the museum's entrance, meet the guide at the meeting point

There are many steps in the Louvre and wheelchairs are NOT permitted on the tour
During the peak season, the Louvre is busier than usual due to the large number of visitors
There may be a wait at the security check-in during peak season
If you are late, we will not be able to issue you with a ticket as this is a group booking
This tour is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
Once you have exited the wings and are under the pyramid, you cannot re-enter the rooms
Please do not bring any luggage nor double baby strollers; you cannot enter the Louvre with them
Any toilet breaks at the start of the tour would reduce the total duration. We therefore ask that you make the necessary arrangements before the tour begins
