The food we've selected to accompany our wines is a tribute to the Piedmontese culinary tradition, made of simple ingredients but rich in soul. In the kit, you'll find a curated selection of local appetizers: the whole hunter's salami, to be sliced on the spot on your new cutting board; the classic Piedmontese appetizer, an explosion of vegetables and flavors of the past; hand-pulled breadsticks and dry focaccia, crispy and fragrant as local tradition dictates. All accompanied by half a liter of water to refresh your palate between tastings.
