Description

You'll travel through one of the most beautiful landscapes in Colombia, along historic trails that reveal the imposing landscape of the Chicamocha Canyon. You'll also learn about the different species of birds and plants, as well as the geological formations that make up these routes. We'll visit villages that seem frozen in time, but with great architectural information from the colonial era. These tours start in Barichara or Villanueva Santander and end in the depths of the canyon. They last approximately 5 hours and take place in a dry forest ecosystem where it's hot, but it's pleasant to enjoy a refreshing dip in a pool at the end of the tour.
