Begin at the Espresso bar 'Podvig' front yard and start your day early to reach Matka Canyon before large crowds. Enjoy its peaceful atmosphere, crystal-clear waters, and scenic beauty in a relaxed setting.
The tour begins with a hearty Macedonian “Breakfast of Champions” served outdoors by the river, preparing you for the day ahead.
After breakfast, explore Matka Canyon by walking scenic paths, taking a boat ride through the canyon, and visiting Vrelo Cave, known as one of the deepest underwater caves worldwide.
Next, visit the Church of St. Panteleimon, a 12th-century Byzantine church renowned for its frescoes and serene environment. The tour concludes with a cable car ride up Mount Vodno to the Millennium Cross for panoramic views over Skopje and surrounding mountains.
