We dined at L’Index to celebrate the successful completion of our TMB excursion. It is the perfect spot for a very special occasion. We opted for the three-course menu (meat for my husband and the fish selection for me) and were delighted with the fresh and delicious flavours, as well as the beautiful presentation. Service was friendly, but impeccable. We highly recommend this great restaurant!
Restaurant recommended by our son and we loved it. The food was very high quality, we took the menu ‘3 courses’ and each one was delicious. The service was especially good and we’ll certainly be talking about l’Index to friends.
We spent a very enjoyable evening here, enjoying their five-course surprise tasting menu. The dishes were thoughtfully composed, showcased local produce, and were packed with flavor. The service was both efficient and friendly. Overall, this restaurant comes highly recommended.
Very flavorful food with thoughtful and creative presentation. Very small portions but paced so in the end you are full. The menu is chef pre selected so you do not choose your food. Atmosphere is cozy traditional. Service was surprisingly quick given the number of patrons to servers and the volume of many courses per table. We had to ask for 3-4 times for our bread. He kept forgetting and there was confusion about how to pay the bill. Eventually after waiting a long time we realized you had to pay at the bar on the way out. Restaurant is located in the forest and was very dark but quaint in its anonymity.
