Description
Begin your adventure in Merzouga with a warm welcome and traditional Moroccan tea. Meet your camel guide and set off into the golden dunes of the Sahara. Ride across the soft sands of Erg Chebbi, soaking in the peaceful silence and breathtaking landscapes.
Stop on a high dune to watch a spectacular sunset, one of the most magical moments in the desert. Continue your journey to the desert camp, located deep in the dunes, where you will be welcomed by the camp staff.
Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars, followed by Berber music around the campfire. Spend your first night in a comfortable desert camp, surrounded by the tranquility of the Sahara.
The second day is dedicated to exploring the desert by 4x4. This excursion takes you beyond the dunes to discover hidden areas of the Sahara. Visit nomadic families living in traditional tents, where you will learn about their lifestyle and enjoy authentic Berber hospitality.
Continue to Khamlia village, known for its unique Gnawa music. Enjoy a live performance and learn about the cultural heritage of this community. The tour also includes visits to fossil areas and panoramic viewpoints, offering a deeper understanding of the desert and its landscapes.
After the excursion, return to your accommodation in Merzouga or the desert camp for your second night. This extended stay allows you to relax, walk in the dunes, try sandboarding, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the desert.
Each evening, enjoy traditional meals and the magical ambiance of the Sahara under a sky full of stars.
On the final day, wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast. Return to Merzouga by camel or choose an optional 4x4 transfer for more comfort.
