Description

The activity starts in the central park of San Pedro La Laguna, in front of the Catholic church. From there, we'll tour the town center and then head down to the Mirador del Cangrejo viewpoint, where you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes. After the visit, we'll head down to San Juan La Laguna by tuk-tuk, where you'll get to know the chocolate and honey cooperatives, learn about their artisanal processes, and taste their products. We'll also visit the Catholic church and stroll along the main streets to admire the murals that tell the story and worldview of the Tz'utujil people. The tour wraps up at the municipal pier of San Juan La Laguna. Includes: guided tours in both villages and honey and chocolate tastings.
