Take a spectacular ride along the Malecon seaside boulevard, and look for the statue of Neptune, the god of the sea, on the seaside rocks. Have a typical Dominican lunch of typical rice with beans or plantains and gain strength for further exploration. Visit a real chocolate manufactory and see how organic cocoa beans are processed.
