The roots of this Champagne House are in Passy-Grigny, a village in the heart of Marne Valley where a famous priest, Aime Caudron, had a visionary and promising idea. In 1929, he gathered the winemakers of the village to create what has become known as the Meunier grape. That English tour gives you the chance to go behind the scenes and learn how Champagne is made.
