Visit Cañas Dulces, a place that still preserves the traditional rural landscape of Guanacaste and retains the charm of the humble and welcoming people living at the base of the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano. It’s a place filled with old country roads, trails, pastures, and natural freshwater rivers where you can enjoy natural pools and refresh during the tour. The lowlands are abundant with agricultural fields, freshwater rivers to explore, easy walking paths, and abundant wildlife. Here, you'll find peace and tranquility, listening to the sounds of nature as you search for birds and wildlife. Immerse yourself in off-the-beaten-path adventures that showcase natural swimming pools, expansive savannas, and agricultural fields, including rare rice plantations, and watermelon, corn, beans, and melon crops. The tour includes a bike, a certified guide, parking, showers, and a traditional Guanacaste lunch. Night tours are also available upon request. The meeting point is in Cañas Dulces, at our office where the activities begin and end.
