Description

The tour will begin with pickup from your hotel in Lima at 04:30 hrs to take the bus to Paracas Bay. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the Paracas tourist pier, from this point the boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands will begin. During the tour to the islands you will observe the famous and gigantic geoglyph “El Candelabro”, the local guide will provide you with information. The Ballestas Islands are a paradise place full of seabirds, sea lions and other marine species. After taking this boat tour of all these small islands, you will return to the dock again. Then you will continue to Ica, you will visit a local winery where you will have the opportunity to learn about the process and production of wine and pisco, then you will go on to taste the main products of the winery. Later you will arrive at the popular oasis known as “Huacachina”, this is undoubtedly the place with the most incredible desert landscapes in South America, with whimsical formations and beautiful settings of the Peruvian Andes. Later, you will go out to explore the dunes that surround this great oasis in tubulars (sand carts) traveling through a large part of the desert going up and down the dunes. The transport will arrive at the top of a high dune where the guide will help you practice the sport of sandboarding with standard boards. Finally you will return to Lima and along the way you will be able to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Return to Lima, arrival time approx. 10:00 pm. End of services
