DAY 01 8:00 a.m. Departure from Mexico City to QUERÉTARO. PANORAMIC TOUR: Aqueduct, Mirador, Plaza de la Independencia (Government Palace and Casa López de Ecala), Casa y Plaza de la Corregidora, Teatro de la República, Casa de la Marquesa, Temples of Santa Clara and San Agustín, Casa de los Perros. Continue to the museum town of SAN MIGUEL de ALLENDE. PANORAMIC TOUR of the historic center. Free time in the afternoon, accommodation. DAY 02 Arrival in DOLORES HIDALGO: Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and José Alfredo Jiménez. Continue to GUANAJUATO, a World Heritage Site. CULTURAL VISIT: San Ramón Mine, El Pípila Monument, Funicular, Juárez Theater, Jardines de la Unión, Plaza del Baratillo, University, Callejón del Beso, Hidalgo Market, Alhóndiga de Granaditas. Afternoon strolls, terraces, accommodation. DAY 03 Departure for SAN LUIS POTOSÍ. PANORAMIC TOUR: Plaza del Carmen (La Paz Theater and Carmen Temple), San Juan de Dios Garden, Cathedral, Municipal Palace, Plaza de Armas, Caja Real, Plaza de los Fundadores (Ipiña building, Loreto Temple, Potosino Institute). Departure for ZACATECAS. Free time. Accommodation. DAY 04 CULTURAL VISIT: Aqueduct, Cerro de la Bufa, Cable Car, Mina del Edén, Cathedral, Government Palace, Santo Domingo Temple, Fernando Calderón Theater, Jesús González Market, Former Convent of San Francisco... Free afternoon, accommodation. DAY 05 Departure for TLAQUEPAQUE. Free time. In the afternoon, we will head to GUADALAJARA. We will visit the Cabañas Cultural Institute, followed by a PANORAMIC TOUR: San Juan de Dios Market, Tapatía Square, Degollado Theater, Rotonda de los Hombres Ilustres, Government Palace (murals by José Clemente Orozco). Free afternoon to continue enjoying the capital. Accommodation. DAY 06 Departure for the state of Michoacán. We stop in TZINTZUNTZAN. We continue to PÁTZCUARO, a Magical Town of Mexico. Free time. PANORAMIC TOUR: Basilica of Our Lady of Health, Temple and College of the Society of Jesus, the Tabernacle, the House of Eleven Courtyards, Madrigal de las Altas Torres Walkway... The typical squares of Vasco de Quiroga and Gertrudis Bocanegra invite us to stroll among handicrafts. We continue to MORELIA. Accommodation. DAY 07 PANORAMIC TOUR of Morelia, a World Heritage Site: Plaza de Armas, Government Palace, Rose Garden and Conservatory, Clavijero Palace, Candy Market, Aqueduct, Tarascas Fountain, Callejón del Romance, Calzada... Free time. Departure for TAXCO. Accommodation. DAY 08 PANORAMIC TOUR: on a relaxing walk through quaint cobbled streets... we arrive at the Zócalo, where the imposing Santa Prisca temple-cathedral, the ultimate expression of Mexican Baroque, stands. Free time. In the early afternoon, departure for CUERNAVACA, the City of Eternal Spring. We will visit the Cathedral and walk to the Palace of Cortés. Free time. Continuation to Mexico City.
