This tour will take you through breathtaking natural landscapes, ancient Maya ruins, and indigenous communities full of millennia-old traditions. Sumidero Canyon is a must-see natural wonder. On this 2-hour boat ride, you’ll navigate the Grijalva River surrounded by towering cliffs, while observing incredible wildlife such as Spider Monkeys, Crocodiles, and Pelicans. You’ll also admire formations like the Christmas Tree and the Cave of Colors. Next, you’ll visit Chiapa de Corzo, a charming town with colonial architecture and rich culture. Explore the Temple of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, the Lacquer Museum, and the Plaza Central, home to the Mudejar Kiosk. Don’t miss the opportunity to taste traditional dishes like Roast Pig or Chiapaneco Tamales. On day two, the tour takes you to the stunning Agua Azul Waterfalls, famous for their turquoise waters.
