Description

Join a fascinating city tour of Buenos Aires, where you can explore the city's most iconic neighborhoods while discovering its history, architecture, culture, and gastronomy. Welcome to Buenos Aires! Let's start off on the right foot by picking you up from the cruise terminal in Buenos Aires. From there, we'll embark on an exciting journey to explore the city. Our tour will start with a visit to Plaza de Mayo. We'll admire several city landmarks and architectural icons along the way, including the French Embassy, Teatro Colón, the Palace of Tribunals, the National Congress, the Obelisk, Avenida de Mayo, and Avenida 9 de Julio. Our first stop will be at the historic Plaza de Mayo, where we’ll visit the Casa Rosada (The Government House of the Nation), the Cabildo, a symbol of Argentina’s independence; and the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral, three key landmarks in Buenos Aires' history. We'll return to the van to continue the tour. Our next stop is the La Boca neighborhood. On the way, we’ll pass through the historic San Telmo neighborhood and see the Faculty of Engineering of Buenos Aires, Parque Lezama, and the iconic Boca Juniors Stadium. Once we arrive in La Boca, we’ll explore the famous 'Caminito'. This colorful pedestrian street is filled with local art and culture, offering plenty of photo opportunities and a chance to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the neighborhood. We’ll stroll through the port and visit the colorful conventillos (traditional immigrant houses). We’ll end our time in La Boca with a snack at the historic 'La Perla' bar, which has been a local icon for over 100 years. We’ll get back on the van and continue our tour, passing through notable neighborhoods and their attractions, such as Puerto Madero, where we’ll see Costanera Sur and the Ecological Reserve, Retiro neighborhood with its train station and the elegant Recoleta neighborhood, where we’ll admire the Faculty of Law, the Recoleta Cemetery, and the sophisticated Avenida Alvear. We’ll conclude our tour of Buenos Aires by taking you back to your hotel.
